Employee Engagement Executives Perot Systems Chennai
Examine and resolve employee relations issues including harassment, performance deficiency, and conflict resolution in partnership with operations teams.Conducting employee recreational welfare activities.
Focus on attrition sensitization and employee retention with managers.
Masters Degree in Human Resource.
Minimum 2 years of experience in Employee engagement.
Should be willing to work in night shifts.
